Carlos Martínez – Mime Museum

We are delighted to open this digital museum – a project born out of admiration and respect for Carlos Martínez’s extraordinary artistic career. For 44 years, he has dedicated his life to the art of pantomime, becoming a universal ambassador for this silent language. Through this museum, we aim to preserve and pass on his artistic legacy. A legacy that has taught tens of thousands to see the invisible through the eyes of the imagination.

Although we are still in the development phase, we warmly invite you to embark on this journey with us. Discover contributions from friends and colleagues in the form of videos, texts and photos, browse through the photo gallery and read stories from Carlos’s life. Please feel free to visit us again and again – this collection will continue to grow in the coming years.

At the end of 2027, Carlos Martínez will bring his long stage career to a definitive close and hang up his mime mask. But his journey continues: from 2028 onwards, he will devote himself more fully to lectures, books, seminars and workshops, with the aim of passing on the creativity, poetry and humanity of mime to future generations.
