Speaking of anecdotes, one that proves your immense human and professional dimension: I will never forget your infinite generosity when, in 2019, you traveled to Buenos Aires at your own expense to celebrate Movimimo's 40th anniversary, not only performing free of charge for the large group of friends who accompanied us, but also (given the technical inadequacies of the Alejandro Casona Hall at the Asturian Centre) paying for the rental of the lighting in the beautiful but poorly equipped theater where we performed.
You are no stranger to any of the preconceptions that exist about mime, but few realize that you are one of the few professionals in the art who works with an agent to sell your shows, a manager to schedule them, a publicist to promote them, a stage manager and in many cases a musical director. Few people know that you write your pieces yourself and rehearse them for weeks or even months so that they grow and reach their final form.
Carlos, my friend, I don't know if you know how much I enjoy watching you perform, and I don't know if you know how proud I am to have met you and the joy I feel when I share our long conversations about mime.
